1.2NT, transfer to diamonds. Partner can show a fit with 3♣ and then you can show ♠-values. That is a good description of the hand.
2.However, if partner does not show a fit after 2NT, there is no way to uncover a 5-3 spade fit. 2NT and then 3NT if partner shows a mild slamtry and this is about right on values.
3.Stayman, this will uncover a 5-3 ♠-fit. However, if partner doesn’t have 5, you are in trouble, as you play a 3♦ rebid by opener as invitational only. 4♦ is a slamtry but that seems like an overbid with this hand.
